Can every puncture be repaired?

No. Only tread-area punctures within a size limit. Sidewall damage, large cuts and badly worn tyres can't be repaired safely.

How long does a puncture repair take?

With a gap in the schedule it's often done while you wait, in about 30 minutes.

I used a tyre sealant spray — is that okay?

It's a get-you-home fix. The wheel needs to come off, the sealant cleaned out, and the tyre assessed for a permanent repair.
