When do tyres need replacing?

The legal limit is 1.6 mm of tread, but for safety it's better to change them sooner — especially heading into winter and rain. Also if they have cracks, bulges or are several years old even with tread left.

Do all four have to be changed together?

Not always. If only two are changed, they go on the rear axle for stability in the wet. We explain it based on the condition of yours.

Do you balance and align in the same visit?

Balancing is included with fitting. We check the steering alignment and, if it needs adjusting, we tell you with a fixed quote.
